 At BC Music You will learn the first step in learning how to play the bass from how to hold the instrument to how to pluck and Tune the instrument.  All students who take beginner bass lessons receive a comprehensive understanding of the instrument including basic chord structure and how the Bass correlates to the chords of other instruments , finger placement, arpeggios, Reading and writing notation and Bass Tablature. While the Bass Guitar is closely related to the 6 string acoustic and Electric it plays a bit different and in that respect BC Music will help you identify the differences as well as the similarities. You will learn basic rhythm and grooves that will correspond with a metronome while learning the theory behind everything you play. At BC Music we love classic rock and the Bass Guitar has tons of great licks and grooves that will entertain you and friends for years to come. The idea of coarse is to get you rocking out with other musicians and that is how you grow as a musician and a Bass player.
