Our refund policy is as follows

We have a 7 day return policy on all purchased items such as instruments, Accessories and Merch. If the item is defective we offer an opportunity to exchange the item. All refunds and exchange will require a copy of ID to protect both parties and validate the refund or exchange. BC Music reserves the right to deduct a restock fee to off set our cost. Fees may vary pending on the product Purchased.

 We can not refund items Such as harmonicas, microphones, or any item that could spread germs. 

No refunds on services such as lessons, repairs, tunings, restrings, or any maintenance services. 

Books are sold with our lesson enrollment

and can not be returned. These are used for teaching purposes and necessary for education and student growth.

Lesson Cancellation Policy

BC Music Requires all students to notify a manager through a message, email, or hand written note that gives us an opportunity to schedule someone on the waiting list. We will honor the 30 day window however the schedule may change due to the opening and it will be the responsibility of the student to book appointments that are open with the manager or instructor upon cancellation.

The invoices are auto drafted so once the 30 day notice is put in the student will not be billed again pending on the invoice cycle. 

Contracts

Every Student is required to sign a policy agreement contract. Contracts will be sent out within a week of enrollment.

We also have a student Rental Contract if your renting an instrument from BC Music.

We offer a 6 month and 12 month contract that saves the students money when making a long term investment in music lessons.

Special Ordered Items

BC Music can special order products for our clients and students. Please note that the item may have a higher cost than shopping online however we encourage locals to shop local. Paying more with BC Music means we will serve you better by giving you top notch service on instruments offering services such as a free string change for 12 months or minor adjustments that we will include in the price. 

Credit Card Tax

BC Music charges a 4.5% credit tax to help offset our processing fees. To avoid fees you may pay with Cash or Check.
